Glam Mart is a fully online fashion store that delivers directly to your doorstep across India. We partner with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your fashion orders.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to over 20,000+ pin codes across India, including:

• All major cities and metropolitan areas
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Towns and rural areas (subject to courier service availability)
• Remote locations may have extended delivery times

To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your pin code during checkout. If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you immediately.

Once you place an order:

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order
• Dispatch confirmation with tracking number sent via email and SMS
• Real-time tracking available on our website and mobile app
• Delivery updates sent via SMS at each stage

5. Delivery Process

On the day of delivery:

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 8 PM)
• You'll receive a call or SMS before delivery
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
• For COD orders, exact change is appreciated
• Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
• If delivery is missed, three attempts will be made before returning to sender

Our delivery charges are transparent and affordable:

• Free delivery on orders above ₹999
• Standard delivery: ₹49-99 (varies by location and order value)
• Express delivery: ₹99-149 (metro cities only)
• Remote area surcharge may apply (will be shown at checkout)
• All charges are clearly displayed before order confirmation

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of delivery issues:

• Contact our customer support immediately if delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time
• We'll investigate and provide updates within 24 hours
• If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned and refunded
• Refunds for failed deliveries are processed within 5-7 business days

8. Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

9. Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return:

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories and free items must be included
• Items purchased during sale periods are also eligible (subject to same conditions)

10. How to Return

Returning an item is easy:

• Log into your Glam Mart account
• Go to "My Orders" section
• Select the item you want to return
• Choose "Return" or "Exchange" option
• Select reason for return and provide details
• We'll arrange free pickup from your location
• Pack the item securely in original packaging
• Hand over to our pickup partner when they arrive

11. Return Pickup

We offer free pickup service for returns:

• Free pickup available across all serviceable locations in India
• Pickup scheduled within 24-48 hours of return request
• You'll receive SMS and email with pickup details
• Please keep the item ready for pickup
• Our partner will collect the package from your doorstep

12. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Quality check completed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return
• You'll receive email and SMS notification about return status
• For online payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• For COD orders: Refund processed via bank transfer or wallet within 7-10 business days
• Refund amount includes product price and applicable taxes
• Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

13. Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges for size and color:

• Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
• Select "Exchange" option during return process
• Choose new size or color (subject to availability)
• New item dispatched once we receive your return
• Price difference (if any) to be paid or refunded accordingly
• Free delivery for exchanged items

14. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items without original tags or labels
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Personalized or customized items
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging

15. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the defect or wrong item
• We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
• Free pickup and delivery for replacements
• No questions asked policy for defective items
