If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process. 1. Return Policy Overview

Glam Mart offers a customer-friendly return policy that allows you to return products within 7 days of delivery. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

2. Return Timeframe

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The return window starts from the day you receive the product. For example:

  • If you receive your order on January 1st, you can initiate a return until January 8th
  • Return requests initiated after 7 days will not be accepted
  • The return request must be submitted through your Glam Mart account
  • Once the return request is approved, you have 3 days to prepare the item for pickup

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and price tags must be attached and intact
  • Product must be in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • All accessories, free items, and promotional materials must be included
  • Item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items purchased during sale periods are eligible for returns (subject to same conditions)

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  • Visit www.glam mart.com
  • Log into your Glam Mart account
  • Go to "My Account" section

Step 2: Select Order

  • Click on "My Orders"
  • Find the order containing the item you want to return
  • Click on "View Details"

Step 3: Initiate Return

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return
  • Choose "Return" or "Exchange" option
  • Select reason for return from dropdown menu

Step 4: Confirm & Submit

  • Provide additional details (if required)
  • Review your return request
  • Submit the return request

Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your Return Request Number (RRN). Keep this number for future reference.

5. Return Pickup Process

We offer free pickup service for all returns across India:

  • Free pickup scheduled within 24-48 hours of return request approval
  • You'll receive SMS and email with pickup date and time slot
  • Our logistics partner will call you before arriving for pickup
  • Please keep the item ready in original packaging
  • Ensure all tags and accessories are included
  • Hand over the package to the pickup executive
  • You'll receive a pickup confirmation receipt
  • Track your return status in real-time through your account

6. Return Quality Check

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team performs a thorough inspection:

  • Quality check completed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return
  • We verify the item condition matches return eligibility criteria
  • We check for all tags, accessories, and original packaging
  • You'll receive email and SMS notification about the inspection result
  • If approved, refund or exchange process begins immediately
  • If rejected, we'll explain the reason and return the item to you

7. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we process your refund promptly:

Online Payment Refunds

  • Refund credited to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Reflected in 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: Reflected within 24-48 hours
  • Net Banking: Reflected in 5-7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • Refund via bank transfer or digital wallet
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • You'll need to provide bank account or wallet details
  • Refund amount includes product price and applicable taxes
  • You'll receive SMS and email once refund is processed

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you received a defective or wrong item. The refund amount will be the product price plus applicable taxes, minus any delivery charges (if applicable).

8. Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges for size and color variations:

  • Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
  • Select "Exchange" option instead of "Return" during return process
  • Choose new size or color from available options
  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • New item dispatched once we receive and verify your return
  • Free delivery for exchanged items
  • If new item costs more, pay the difference
  • If new item costs less, receive refund for the difference
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way
  • Items without original tags, labels, or price tags
  • Items not in original packaging (if original packaging was provided)
  • Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Items with missing accessories or free gifts
  • Return requests initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms

10. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we have a special process:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or wrong item
  • Include order number and product details
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund (your choice)
  • Free pickup and delivery for replacements
  • No questions asked policy for defective or wrong items
  • Priority processing for such cases
  • Full refund including delivery charges for defective items

11. Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free for all customers:

  • Free pickup service available across all serviceable locations in India
  • No return shipping charges for standard returns
  • We arrange pickup from your doorstep
  • Safe and secure handling of returned items
  • Fully insured returns during transit

12. Refund Timeline

Here's what to expect after initiating a return:

  • Day 1: Return request submitted
  • Day 1-2: Return request approved, pickup scheduled
  • Day 2-4: Item picked up from your location
  • Day 4-7: Item received at our warehouse, quality check completed
  • Day 7-14: Refund processed and credited (varies by payment method)

Total Timeline: 7-14 business days from return request to refund credit (depending on payment method and location)

13. Partial Returns

You can return individual items from a multi-item order:

  • Return one or more items from your order
  • Keep the items you're satisfied with
  • Refund processed only for returned items
  • Delivery charges calculated proportionally
  • Free delivery benefit applies if remaining order value is above ₹999

14. Return Rejection

If your return is rejected, here's what happens:

  • We'll notify you via email and SMS with the reason for rejection
  • Common reasons: item used/washed, missing tags, damaged by customer
  • Item will be returned to you at your address
  • Return shipping charges may apply if item doesn't meet return conditions
