What is Glam Mart's return policy?

Glam Mart offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We provide free pickup service for returns across India. For detailed information, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery (4-7 business days) which is free on orders above ₹999, and Express Delivery (2-3 business days) available in metro cities for an additional charge. Glam Mart accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. COD is available for orders across India.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time by logging into your Glam Mart account and going to "My Orders" section. You'll also receive SMS updates at each stage of delivery - from dispatch to out-for-delivery to delivered.

Yes! We offer easy exchanges for size and color within 7 days of delivery. Simply select "Exchange" instead of "Return" during the return process in your account. Choose your preferred size or color (subject to availability), and we'll dispatch the new item once we receive your return. Exchanges include free delivery. If there's a price difference, you'll pay or receive a refund accordingly.

Refund processing times vary by payment method: For online payments (cards, UPI, wallets), refunds are credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet within 7-10 business days. You'll receive email and SMS notifications once the refund is processed.

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, standard delivery charges range from ₹49-99 depending on your location. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available in metro cities for ₹99-149. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defect or wrong item along with your order number. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund (your choice) with free pickup and delivery. We have a no-questions-asked policy for such cases, and you'll receive priority processing.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters and inches. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart for the best fit. If you're unsure, you can always exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. Our customer support team is also available to help you choose the right size.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Log into your account, go to "My Orders", and click "Cancel Order". If your order hasn't been dispatched, cancellation is instant and you'll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Once the order is shipped, you'll need to return it using our return process. Glam Mart delivers to over 20,000+ pin codes across India, including major cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, towns, and many rural areas. To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your pin code during checkout. If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you immediately. Remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
